1. Introduction

This Terms and Conditions document, effective August 1, 2024, to July 31, 2025, outlines the agreement between Tinyspace Pty Ltd (“We,” “Us,” or “Our”) and Partners (“Partner”). By participating in this partnership, users (“You” or “Users”) agree to these terms as well as Tinyspace’s general Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.

2. Partnership Offer

Tinyspace is offering a 6-month free access to its platform for it’s agency partners. This offer allows users to build their portfolio, resume, and more using Tinyspace’s premium features as detailed here.

3. Voucher Codes

• Users can use the voucher codes given by the agency to activate their 6-month free access.
• The voucher code is limited to one use per user account and must not be shared or distributed. Tinyspace reserves the right to void codes suspected of misuse or unauthorized sharing.
• The voucher code must be used by July 31, 2025. After this date, the code will no longer be valid.

4. Activation and Usage

• Users can apply the voucher code at any time before July 31, 2025.
• The 6-month free access period begins when the voucher code is applied.
• Users are required to add their credit card details when applying the voucher code and upgrading from a Free Plan to a Premium Plan. Users can add the voucher code in the Stripe interface. Tinyspace uses Stripe for all payments.

5. Post Free Access Period

• After the 6-month free access period ends, users will automatically be switched to a paid Premium Plan.
• The cost of the Premium Plan is USD 12 per month.

6. User Obligations

• Users must ensure their account information, including credit card details, is accurate and up-to-date.
• Users agree to the automatic subscription to the paid Premium Plan following the expiration of the free access period unless they cancel the subscription before the end of the free period.
• Users must also comply with all Tinyspace policies and guidelines.

7. Cancellation

• Users can cancel their subscription at any time prior to the automatic switch to the paid Premium Plan to avoid incurring charges.
• Users can also cancel their subscription at any time after being switched to the USD 12 per month Premium Plan.
• To cancel, users must follow the cancellation process outlined on the Tinyspace platform or contact Tinyspace support at support@tinyspace.io. Upon cancellation, users may lose access to certain features and data associated with the Premium Plan.

8. Termination

• Tinyspace reserves the right to terminate the partnership offer or the user’s access to Tinyspace services at any time if there is a breach of these terms, any Tinyspace policies, or any applicable laws. In the event of termination, users will lose access to all premium features immediately.

9. Amendments

• Tinyspace reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes through the Tinyspace platform or via email at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

10. Governing Law

• These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Tinyspace Pty Ltd is an Australian company, but the governing law will be for all users.

12. Eligibility

• This offer is open only to people connected to the agency partners who have a valid account on Tinyspace. Users must be at least 18 years old and must not have previously used the voucher code. Eligibility is limited to individuals who receive the voucher code from one of the agency partners.

13. Limitation of Liability

• Tinyspace is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

14. Intellectual Property

• All content and services provided by Tinyspace remain its intellectual property. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes. Users may not modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the content without explicit permission from Tinyspace.

15. Prohibited Activities

• Users must not engage in any illegal activities, infringe on intellectual property rights, or use the service for unauthorized purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, spamming, uploading harmful software, or violating any applicable laws. Tinyspace reserves the right to take appropriate action, including termination of the account, for any prohibited activities.

16. Data Privacy and Security

• Tinyspace is committed to protecting user privacy and data security as detailed in our Privacy Policy. Users are responsible for keeping their account information secure and must notify Tinyspace immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

By using a voucher code provided by a partner agency and participating in this offer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
